Rosalyne and Chris are an amazing couple. So lovely and trusting. 'Oh whatever you make I'm sure it'll be beautiful'.
They were meant to be getting married back in June 2020; with a gorgeous huge floral arch in the church near the Brides family home and a marquee in her parents garden for the reception.
Of course, like many other couples, Covid19 and the UK wide lock down put a stop to that. They originally cancelled the wedding altogether, but got in touch later in the year to say they'd arranged a micro wedding at the same church with only 11 people and they'd love to still have me involved. They opted for a small ceremony at the same village church, St Wilfreds in Kirkharle Northumberland, then a meal at Matfen Hall afterwards. And although it rained, they had an amazing day with a really special feel!
The quaint village church was beautifully decorated with pew end flowers, altar flowers and a large pedestal arrangement. White roses, scented stocks, David Austin Roses, seasonal foliage and more, all in a romantic and relaxed 'country garden' style.
